“After reading some of Venus Astro’s (‘Astro Shrink’) counsel on Mystic Medusa’s blog, I thought she might be just the person to discuss a certain situation that I felt had a slightly more metaphysical element than most but still needed a healthy dose of reality, and I was right!
We had an easy but very productive Skype session which left me with a lot to think about but, unlike almost all previous counselling I’ve attempted, I feel Venus Astro helped me to get closer to the answers/resolution I’m chasing. The reason, I suspect, is because with this mix of astrology and counselling you are not starting from scratch; Venus Astro looked at my chart prior to our session so she had some idea about me before we even spoke. And this is such an advantage for counselling, it’s so much less subjective than you just speaking from your own experience alone.
Venus Astro picked up on elements of my personality from my chart that I was aware of (and it was nice to confirm we had the same interpretation, so we were on the same page), but she also highlighted things I’d never noticed or gave me a new and instructive perspective of something I thought I’d understood!
