Q: I can’t stand having to be second-in-charge at work. I’m much smarter, more talented and capable than the guy I’m reporting to. I could really take our sales team to a totally different level. But this guy keeps blocking me and my great ideas and is holding the whole team back. When I stepped into his role when he went on leave, our sales team beat all the other states in the country for that quarter. We totally rocked. My Sun is in Leo which I guess already says a lot about how unhappy I am in this current situation.
