Because things start to bubble up the week before a Full Moon and eclipse season, particularly if you’re on the self actualization path and energy-sensitive.
So let’s take a deep breath and pause and do some Full Moon preparation so you can use these energies to support your growth and release what’s coming up to be cleared.
When old emotions and faulty beliefs surface it’s a field day for your ego mind. Your thinking gets distorted, repetitive and lots of body issues can arise making you feel overwhelmed and powerless. If this is happening to you then the fastest way to reconnect with your inner authority and higher mind is to ground and nurture yourself and get support. Don’t try and solve it on your own in a closed thinking loop that takes you down endless rabbit holes.
You need to get the excess over-thinking energy out of your head and get back into your body in a grounded, mindful and centered way. Go get a massage or some kind of body work, do yoga, exercise and talk to someone who can help you see how powerful you really are.
Commit to a regular self care regime.
When you’ve got clear support and self-care structures in place, you’re less tossed around emotionally when toxic thinking and feeling patterns get triggered by Full Moon energies and by all the other things going on around you.
